This is a portal-type pentahedron machining center capable of machining five surfaces simultaneously other than the clamp surface. The system is equipped with a high-speed & high-powered spindle capable of crude machining through to large-scale accuracy machining. It works so efficiently. The spindle, capable of 6000 rpm, is ready to be equipped with an 18KW high-power large-angle milling head and an advanced dynamic control system (DCS-V). Unmanned, automatic operation, e.g. APC, ATC, AAC and graduation, can be realized. The system suits the demand of high-speed contour machining and large die machining.      
   The multifunctional machining center (model: RB-4NSM) is equipped with a worktable (size: 5000mm×2000mm; longitudinal travel: 4250mm), a spindle head (horizontal travel: 2900mm) and an automatic tool change system (magazine capacity: 40 tools). An automated tool change operation is enabled by the program. The accuracy of reset mechanism, the accuracy of setting mechanism and the machinable workpieces are respectively 0.004mm, 0.005mm and 15 tons in weight.
